Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Availability

• Shipping Areas
  (1) We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  (2) We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), or international destinations.

B. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing
  (1) We aim to ship within 1–3 business days after payment is completed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  (2) Processing time may vary due to inventory, logistics, or order volume.
• Transit Time
  (1) After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (depending on location and carrier conditions).
  (2) All timelines are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier circumstances.

C. Tracking

• Tracking Information
  (1) A tracking number will be provided after shipment and can be found via email or your order status page.
  (2) If an order ships in multiple packages, more than one tracking number may be provided.

D. Order Changes/Cancellation (Before Shipment)

• Eligibility
  (1) Order changes (address/options) and cancellations are only possible before the order ships.
  (2) Once the order has shipped, changes and cancellations are not possible.
• How to Request (Dedicated Form)
  (1) Please submit requests via Support > Order Changes (Request Form).
  (2) Enter your order number and requested changes accurately.
  (3) If your order is close to shipment, we may not be able to apply the request even if submitted.

E. Shipping Issues/Complaints/Exceptions (Email Only)

• Contact Channel
  (1) All shipping issues (damage, wrong item, defect, or non-delivery) and any complaints/claims/exception requests must be submitted by email only.

• Deadline & Required Evidence
  (1) Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  (2) Required: order number + photos of the outer box (with shipping label) + product photos + close-up photos or video of the issue.

F. Extended Delays/Not Shipped

• Cancellation Before Shipment
  (1) If your order has not shipped yet, you may request cancellation and a refund.
  (2) If a delay is expected, we may notify you by email.
