Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 5-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping? 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

When will I get my refund?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at support@shopimall.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? 

Once we inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Why was my payment declined?

Do I need to size up for K-Streetwear items?

Since we curate authentic Korean brands, some items may run slightly smaller than standard US/EU sizes (Asian Fit). However, many streetwear items are designed for an 'Oversized Look'. We clearly mark 'Size Up Recommended' on specific product pages to help you choose.
